Q: How long will my macarons stay fresh for?

Macarons stay fresh in the fridge for 5 days and should be kept in an airtight container. For best results eat/serve at room temperature. Please keep out of direct sunlight especially during these hotter months!

 

 

Q: How far in advance should I order? 

For smaller orders (24 or less), your order takes approximately 1-3 days to prepare for shipping or collection. For bespoke or larger orders, as much notice as possible is preferable. If you would like to collect your macarons for a specific date and time please specify at checkout. Once dispatched, parcels on average take 1-2 days to arrive depending on address location.

 

 

Q:What happens if my macarons arrive damaged/crushed?

Our packaging has been carefully designed using upcycled and recyclable materials to protect your macarons as best as possible. However there is no 100% guarantee. They will still taste delicious!! In all honesty, the best way to guarantee undamaged, pristine macarons is to find a local seller. 

 

Q: Are they gluten free?

Macaron shells are made with ground almonds mixed carefully with egg white meringue. However due to the kitchen I bake in being a family kitchen, this may result in traces of gluten. Any gluten containing ingredients used for monthly specials will be stated in the product description. 

 

Q: Are they vegan?

Not yet! Macarons currently on the menu contain eggs and dairy however I have plans to add vegan options in the future! For any vegan flavour requests/suggestions, drop me a message via the contact page or on Instagram @lalunamacarons.
